- 8 oz Cod fresh or previously frozen
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat cast-iron skillet on medium heat and add avocado oil.
- Combine all spices in a bowl. Break up any clumps and mix with a fork.
- Divide cod into 4oz pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Dip cod into the bowl of spices and cover all sides.
- Once the cast iron is hot add cod to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- If you don't have a cast-iron skillet a regular pan will work fine.
- I recommend using avocado oil for this recipe as it has a higher smoke point.
