Instructions
  1. Preheat cast-iron skillet on medium heat and add avocado oil.
  2. Combine all spices in a bowl. Break up any clumps and mix with a fork.
  3. Divide cod into 4oz pieces. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  4. Dip cod into the bowl of spices and cover all sides.
  5. Once the cast iron is hot add cod to the pan. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from pan and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
  • If you don't have a cast-iron skillet a regular pan will work fine. 
  • I recommend using avocado oil for this recipe as it has a higher smoke point.
